A 2 hour birthday party that includes 1 supervised hour in the gym, and 1 hour in our themed birthday room. The gym is set up age-appropriate for the birthday child, although we do accommodate friends and relatives of mixed ages!

We have a refrigerator and freezer to store your beverages and ice cream. No need for ice! Our staff will assist in the birthday room. We set tables for the children and chairs for the adults, and can provide extra tables for adults upon request. For the safety of our guests, we do not allow piñatas.

During the gymnastics hour we ask that the adults stay and view from the lobby. We do have some chairs set up in the gym if younger children need their parents nearby. Parents are allowed and encouraged to assist the very young children while in the gym under the supervision of the coach. Thank you.

WHAT WE SUPPLY: Decorations and table settings appropriate for YOUR chosen theme! We shop at ‘Party City’ (NOT including online only items). We supply plates, napkins, balloons, streamers, tablecloths, cups, and cutlery. (Included in the cost)

1. Please make sure that each of the children you invite is provided with a Waiver and Consent Form. This form MUST be signed by the guests’ PARENTS/GUARDIANS and turned in the day of the party in order for them to participate. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure all consent forms are signed.
2. If the instructor allows parents into the gym, please make sure ALL SHOES ARE OFF before entering the gym, and NO FOOD OR DRINK are allowed in the gym.  Also, ADULTS are NEVER ALLOWED ON ANY EQUIPMENT. There are chairs set up inside the gym for parents to sit on and watch. The gym has a large amount of matting and soft areas, HOWEVER; there are a lot of uneven surfaces- so PLEASE watch your step! Parents of the party child will be allowed into the gym to take pictures. Please see coach for SAFETY instructions. Parents are WELCOME to watch from the lobby where they can keep their shoes on and eat/drink!
3. If a child is under three years of age the parent must accompany the child inside the gym for safety reasons. We have plenty of equipment for young children to participate, and we encourage them to try it! If they are playing on the equipment, they are counted as a guest, and must have a waiver signed!
4. No food or drinks are allowed in the gym. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and ours to be observant of these situations. We are an EXTREMELY clean facility, and we would like to keep it that way! This is why many people come to us!
5. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book a date.
6. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
7. NO GLASS OF ANY KIND is allowed in the building. Our gymnasts walk around with bare feet- this is a safety precaution for them! Thank you!
8. Please listen and follow all directions given by the instructor(s).
9. The maximum amount of children for a party with ONE instructor is 10, the maximum for a party with TWO instructors is 20, and so on. This includes the birthday child, and ANY child on the floor. We run classes for children that are 1 years old… so yes, if they are playing they count as a guest!
10. All parties start and end promptly. Our parties are in high demand. Please be considerate of the party that starts after yours! Thank you!
