- Registration
will be taken in person only. Classes will not be held
without full payment. Each family must pay the $30 annual registration
fee. This registration fee is non-refundable.
- Families with more than one student will
receive a 10% discount for each additional student. Students
taking more than one class will receive a 10% discount on each
additional class.
- Refund Policy - No refunds will be given after your
second class, excluding medical circumstances only. Refunds will
be given by check only. Allow 4 weeks for refunds to be processed.
The family registration fee will not be refunded for any reason.
- Parent Viewing - This is one of FGC's unique
features. We enjoy offering you the opportunity to view at your
convenience. Please stay in the parents' area. NO
ONE is allowed in the gym area except for students and
coaches.
- Parking - Please drive carefully in our parking lot.
Parents, please utilize all the parking spots in the front, side,
middle and rear of our building.
- Class Closings/Inclement Weather - We are closed
for most major holidays. If Farmington Schools are closed due
to snow, only our morning classes will be cancelled. Please call
the office for closing status of afternoon and evening classes.
We will notify you about make-up classes.
- Make-ups - Make-ups may be done in regularly
scheduled classes. Make-ups are not guaranteed, and subject
to class availability. Make-ups must be done in the current session.
- Attire - Students may wear a leotard or shorts
and a t-shirt and bare feet. Girls must pull their hair back into
a ponytail. No jewelry or watches should be worn. If earrings
are worn they should be post earrings only. Parents,
please make sure your child wears clothing that is appropriate
for performing gymnastics skills.

Parent
& Tot Parents
- A parent or guardian must supervise their
child at all times. Please keep your focus on the safety
of your child.
- One parent per child please!
- In emergency situations when siblings must
come to the class with you, they may sit inside the gym
(to keep a close eye on them—HOWEVER THEY
MAY NOT PARTICIPATE or GO ON ANY EQUIPMENT).
- There is a lot of uneven surfaces and soft surfaces in
the gym—SO PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP!
- If possible, leave siblings of the enrolled child at home
so you can focus on having lots of fun with just one child.
- Please leave your shoes and coats in the lobby, but feel
free to bring your valuables into the gym.
- Most importantly, this is time for you and your child
to be together, having fun and making wonderful memories.

Party Parents & Guests
Thank you for choosing Farmington
Gymnastics for your child's birthday. We would like to go
over some rules and policies of Farmington Gymnastics Center
that will keep your birthday party a positive experience for
you, your guests and also us!
Birthday
Party Rules and Policies:
- Please make sure that each of the
children you invite is provided with a Waiver and Consent
Form. This form must be signed by the guests' parents/guardians
and turned in the day of the party in order for them to
participate. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILTIY to make sure
all consent forms are signed. ALSO, please help the birthday
party staff person in collection of these forms.
- The party child and all guests must be at least age 3
turning 4, unless the party is a pre-arranged Parent and
Tot Party.
- At NO TIME
is an Adult allowed on any piece of equipment. Adults are
allowed into the gym to watch (at times—with
shoes off) and to take pictures, BUT
ADULTS ARE NEVER ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT. THERE ARE A LOT
OF UNEVEN SURFACES IN THE GYM—PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND
WATCH YOUR STEP.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the gym. It is YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY and ours to be observant of these
situations.
- A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
- NO GLASS OF ANY KIND
is allowed in the building.
- Please listen and follow all directions given by the instructor(s).
- The maximum amount of children for a party with ONE
instructor is 10, and the maximum for a party with TWO
instructors is 20 (these counts include the birthday child).
- Parties start and end promptly. There is a $10.00 charge
for each 15 minutes that the party runs over.
