Our philosophy at Farmington Gymnastics is to provide every gymnast with the best gymnastic environment, to allow each gymnast to excel on an individual basis, and to help build each child's self esteem through gymnastics. We also aim to initiate a strong ethical and moral foundation to help each student beyond their gymnastics life. The proper execution of basic skills is the only way to produce a complete gymnast. This program will strive for fundamental excellence, which is the essence of gymnastics. |

THE DEVELOPMENTAL TEAM PROGRAM consists of the Invitational, Mini Powermite, and Powermite Teams. These teams focus on increasing strength and flexibility as well as technical skill development. All three teams compete in at least 3 competitions a year. These meets are called FUN Meets and are meant to expose the gymnasts to higher level competitions; HOWEVER, the emphasis is on having FUN! |

THE cOMPETITIVE TEAM PROGRAM consists of the LEVEL 5 - 10 Teams. These teams focus on increasing technical skill development and specific routines as well as increasing strength and flexibility. All teams compete throughout the state and nation. FGC is very proud of our Competitive teams. Our gymnasts constantly excel at their particular level in State, Regional, and National Competitions.
